As part of the 2nd Round of the Entrepreneurship Support Program of the Municipality of Voula-Vari-Vouliagmeni, this month a 3-hour Workshop was held titled “Effective Time Management” in the context of the 2nd Round of Entrepreneurship Support of the Municipality.
The program is organized and carried out by Prisma Consulting Athens and its strategic partner, ENVOLVE Entrepreneurship in the very beautiful amphitheater of the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni.
It is addressed to young entrepreneurs, as well as existing entrepreneurs in order to be informed and get familiar with all business tools but also to receive personalized consulting for each new business idea.

It aims to spread and support the startups as well as entrepreneurship in general.



During the 12-month program the goals of the program are:

  • Distribution and support of entrepreneurship
  • Supporting Youth Entrepreneurship
  • Creating conditions for attracting innovative ideas and new startups teams & entrepreneurs
  • Providing consulting support from experienced Consultants – Mentors that meets the diagnosed needs of each group and will individually cover any challenges
  • Providing free business seminars and workshops to all selected groups
  • Connecting participants to the industries they are involved with
  • Networking with the startup ecosystem
  • Awareness and activation of the available funding tools

The purpose of this workshop was for entrepreneurs to look at how they managed their time till now, recognize any personal obstacles that they need to address familiarize themselves with the tools that they have at hand to become more effective in their day-to-day business.

We used 9 different self-assessment tests and we presented tools for achieving time and work management tools.
