Natalia has worked with diverse professional teams - including managers, supervisors, and frontline employees - supporting changes in the way people work, behave, and communicate.
Focusing on everyday interactions, decision-making, and collaboration, her work helps reshape how teams operate in practice, not just in theory.
Beyond her work with businesses, Natalia collaborates with Panteion University, the University of Macedonia, and the University of Ioannina, providing soft skills training to equip future leaders.
She has advised over 800 startups in Greece and internationally on leadership, scaling, and organisational development, and is currently partnering with top tier incubators and accelerators such as Envolve Entrepreneurship, Orange Grove, Venture Garden, ALBA Business School, and WHEN institute.
She is a Board member at WeGoZero, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Natalia is also a partner at M Squared Consulting GmbH, a Zurich-based business consultancy, working on organisational development, leadership, and transformation across different industries.
A proud mother of two, a son of 29, and a daughter of 23 years old, living in Athens, Greece with her husband Giannis.
